Dennis S. Moses has counseled Florida families on estate matters for more than two decades. His daily practice centers on the planning and administration work that defines Pippen Law Group: living trusts, pour-over wills, durable powers of attorney, healthcare directives, probate, and the careful coordination of beneficiary designations and asset titling that makes every plan actually function as intended.
