About the firm

A Florida firm built around the families it serves.

Pippen Law Group has practiced estate planning and elder law in the Tampa Bay area for more than four decades. The firm was founded by the late Joseph F. Pippen Jr., whose voice became familiar across Florida through Ask an Attorney, the longest-running legal radio show in the state. Today, attorneys Dennis S. Moses and John R. Frazier carry that tradition forward.

Every plan we prepare begins with a conversation. We take time to understand the people, property, and intentions involved, then we build documents that reflect them with precision. We are widely recognized as one of the most reasonably priced estate planning firms in Florida, and our flat-fee planning is quoted before any work begins.

Our attorneys

Two attorneys, decades of Florida practice between them.

Dennis S. Moses and John R. Frazier lead the firm today, carrying forward the practice that Joseph F. Pippen Jr. founded in 1984. Between them, they have drafted thousands of Florida estate plans, shepherded families through probate, and protected seniors’ assets through Medicaid planning.

You will work directly with one of them — not a paralegal, not an associate. Every plan is reviewed, signed, and explained by the attorney whose name is on the door.
